Privacy
QuizGenerator keeps only what it needs to run the service.
Teachers
Your email, name and a securely hashed password. The quizzes you make and the text or files you use to make them. Files are read to make questions and are not kept; the extracted text is stored with the quiz so new questions can come from the same material.
Students
Students do not create accounts. When they take a quiz, the name they type and their answers are saved for their teacher. Teachers can delete any attempt at any time. Use a first name or nickname if you prefer.
AI processing
To write questions and check short answers, text is sent to an AI provider (OpenAI) through its API. It is not used to train their models under their API terms.
